Sing a Song 3.0 is the result of an invitation by Kluang Days Event Space for me to stage an exhibition and be an artist resident at their space.

The works on display are from the Sing a Song series. One of my creative concerns is to make calligraphy more accessible to the public. So this opportunity to exhibit in Kluang, a small town located in the southern part of Peninsular Malaysia, is about bringing contemporary calligraphy to a wider public.

The exhibition lasted for a month. Where I set up a pop-up studio on-site to make new works and interact with the audience. In addition to these casual exchanges, I also conducted 4 workshops with interested visitors. Enabling them to participate directly in making calligraphy works.
